SourceX referral program frequently asked questions

Who can become a referral partner?

Individuals and businesses with real relationships with company decision makers. Registration is free.

How is my reward calculated?

You earn 25% of the platform fees SourceX actually earns and collects from eligible transactions with the referred company, capped at $100,000 per company.

Is the reward a share of the whole deal?

No. It is calculated from SourceX's own collected fee, excluding supplier payments, taxes, pass-through reimbursements, refunds and chargebacks.

When is a reward paid?

After the buyer accepts the data, SourceX receives the corresponding fee and finance approves the reward. A lead, a meeting or a signed agreement alone does not trigger payment.

How does attribution work?

The first valid referral within the attribution window gets credit when the company completes a verified application. Credit is then locked.

What if the company already knows SourceX?

Existing leads and competing introductions go to duplicate review. If SourceX was already in discussion with the company, the referral may not be eligible.

Do I need to share any company data?

No. Never send company data yourself. The company decides what to share, under an agreement with SourceX.

Can I refer my own company?

Self-referrals are flagged for review and are generally not eligible.
