SourceX referral rewards and payout conditions

You earn 25% of the platform fees SourceX actually earns and collects from eligible data licensing transactions with the company you referred, capped at $100,000 per referred company. Rewards become payable only after SourceX receives the corresponding fees.

How the reward is calculated

The reward base is SourceX's eligible collected platform fee, meaning the portion SourceX itself earns. It is not the full transaction value or the data owner's payout.

The base excludes:

supplier payments to the data owner
taxes
pass-through reimbursements
refunds and chargebacks

Each agreement's actual recorded SourceX fee is used. SourceX does not assume a fixed fee percentage.

Worked example (illustrative)

The cap

Total rewards are capped at $100,000 per referred company, across all installments and transactions with that company.

Reward statuses

Estimated: an indication while the opportunity progresses.
Eligible: SourceX has received a qualifying fee.
Approved: finance has approved the reward.
Processing: a payout is underway.
Paid: the payout has been recorded as completed.

Rewards can be canceled or reversed if a payment is refunded or the referral turns out to be ineligible. The reason is always recorded.

Attribution

The first valid referral within the attribution window gets credit once the company completes its verified application. Competing or pre-existing introductions go to duplicate review. Read the full program terms.
