The path to a reward

Your reward for a successful referral is directly tied to SourceX's receipt of payment from a buyer for a qualifying data licensing deal. This means several critical steps must be completed after a company applies:

1. SourceX reviews the opportunity: We assess the company's operating history, documentation, data rights, and relevance to current buyer programs. Not all companies are a fit for every program, and some may not be a fit at all. You can use our company fit checker for a preliminary review.
2. The company completes a qualifying licensing deal: The referred company must agree to license its data, decide on the scope of the data, and accept the commercial terms. This is entirely at the company's discretion.
3. Data is accepted and buyer payment is received: The buyer must accept the licensed data delivery, and SourceX must successfully collect its fee for the transaction. This is the crucial trigger for reward eligibility.

What does not trigger a reward?
