1. Introduction
This Cookie Policy explains how SourceX Inc. ("SourceX", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit or use refer.sourcex.si. Please read it together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information more generally.
2. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Websites also use similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage and session storage, to remember information between pages or visits. In this policy we call all of these "cookies".
Some cookies are strictly necessary: the site can't work without them. Others are optional, such as analytics cookies, and we only use those if you agree.
3. Cookies we use

These keep the site secure and working. They can't be turned off, because the service won't work without them.

Preferences and referral tracking
These remember choices you make and support the referral features you use. Referral tracking is separate from analytics; its preference is available on the Privacy page. It does not itself decide partner credit.

Analytics (only with your consent)
These help us understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages they visit and how they found us, so we can improve it. We set them only after you click "Accept all" or turn on analytics in Cookie settings.

Our hosting provider may also provide aggregate site analytics. Hosting-injected scripts and their device-storage behavior have not been verified in this policy's source-code inventory.
Marketing
We don't use advertising cookies, and we don't let advertising networks place cookies on refer.sourcex.si. If that ever changes, we'll update this policy and ask for your consent first.
4. How to manage cookies
- Cookie banner: On your first visit you can choose Accept all, Reject non-essential, or Manage settings. Rejecting is as easy as accepting.
- Cookie settings: Change your mind at any time with the Cookie settings link in the site footer. If you withdraw consent, we stop analytics and delete the analytics cookies we set where we can.
- Global Privacy Control: If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal and you haven't made a choice, analytics stays off. You can still make an explicit choice in the banner.
- Your browser: Most browsers let you block or delete cookies and site data in their settings. Google also offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics.
- Strictly necessary cookies can't be turned off in our settings. If you block them in your browser, parts of the site, such as signing in, won't work.
5. Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by companies that provide services to us:
- Google Analytics (Google LLC) sets the analytics cookies listed above, and only with your consent. Google's use of this data is described in Google's Privacy Policy.
- Google sign-in: If you choose to sign in with Google, it may set cookies on its own websites during sign-in. Its own privacy policy covers those cookies.
These providers' use of data is governed by their own privacy notices.
6. Changes and contact
We review this policy whenever we add or remove a tool that uses cookies, and at least once a year. When we change it, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
