How SourceX company referrals work

The six stages

1. Register and get your referral link. Partner registration is free. You get a personal link and can also submit an introduction directly from your dashboard.
2. Introduce an eligible business. Share your link with a founder, executive or other authorized contact who can discuss licensing company data.
3. SourceX reviews the opportunity. We assess operating history, documentation, data rights and whether the material is relevant to a real buyer program.
4. The company completes a qualifying licensing deal. The company decides what data scope it is willing to provide and agrees commercial terms. Nothing is shared without its approval.
5. Data is accepted and buyer payment is received. The buyer must accept the delivery and SourceX must collect its fee.
6. Your reward becomes eligible for approval and payment. Finance reviews the receipt and approves the reward. You can then request a payout.

What each party controls

• You make the introduction. You do not need to export, upload or describe confidential records.
• The company controls whether to proceed, what scope to offer and the terms it accepts.
• SourceX manages evaluation, permissions, contracting, preparation, delivery and payment collection according to each approved transaction.

What does not trigger a reward

• Submitting a lead or making an introduction on its own.
• A meeting, a call or a signed agreement before buyer payment is received.
• A company that was already in discussion with SourceX before your introduction. That case goes to duplicate review.

Tracking your referral

Your dashboard shows each referral's stage and its reward status: Estimated, Eligible, Approved and Paid. A referral is shown as "Paid" only after an actual payout has been recorded.
