As a SourceX referral partner, you can easily monitor the progress of each company you introduce directly within your dedicated partner dashboard. This feature allows you to see the current stage of the referral process and the corresponding reward status.

Referral Stages and Statuses

Your dashboard provides a clear overview of where each introduction stands, from initial submission to final payout. The primary stages and reward statuses you will see include:

Estimated: This status indicates the opportunity is still progressing through the initial evaluation and qualification steps. Eligible: The referred company has successfully completed a qualifying data licensing deal, and SourceX has received a corresponding fee. Approved: SourceX's finance department has reviewed and approved the reward associated with the eligible transaction. Processing: A payout for the approved reward is currently underway. Paid:* The payout has been successfully recorded as completed.

How SourceX Processes Referrals

The referral process involves several key steps, all of which are reflected in the status updates you see in your dashboard:

1. Introduction: You submit an eligible business through your unique referral link or dashboard.
2. Review and Evaluation: SourceX assesses the opportunity for operating maturity, data rights, and relevance to buyer programs.
3. Licensing Deal: The referred company completes a qualifying data licensing agreement, defining the data scope and terms.
4. Buyer Payment: The data buyer accepts the delivery, and SourceX collects its platform fees.
5. Reward Eligibility and Approval: Upon SourceX receiving its fees, your reward becomes eligible and is then approved by finance.

Only after a qualifying deal is finalized and SourceX has collected its fees does a reward become eligible for payment. Submitting a lead, securing a meeting, or signing an agreement alone does not trigger a reward. For more details, review the how it works section.
