Licensing deals are unlikely to proceed: A company cannot complete a qualifying licensing deal if there is no active buyer to accept the data and make payment. If a program pauses, these conditions cannot be met. Referral status remains active but pending: Your referral might remain in an 'Estimated' status in your dashboard, indicating that the opportunity is progressing, but no payment will be processed until the buyer program resumes and a deal is successfully closed and paid. SourceX manages the evaluation, permissions, contracting, preparation, delivery, and payment collection.
