SourceX Referral Partner Terms

1. Reward. Partners earn 25% of SourceX's eligible platform fees actually collected from a referred company, capped at USD 100,000 cumulatively per referred company across all installments, agreements and transactions. 2. Eligible platform fees. SourceX's earned fee portion as recorded for each agreement. Supplier payments, taxes, pass-through reimbursements, refunds and chargebacks are excluded. SourceX's fee varies by agreement; no fixed fee percentage is assumed. 3. Qualification. A reward becomes eligible only after a completed, paid licensing deal: the buyer has accepted the data and SourceX has received the buyer's payment. A submitted lead, meeting or signed agreement alone does not trigger payment. 4. Attribution. The first valid referral within the attribution window (currently 90 days) receives credit when a new company submits a verified application. Companies with an existing application or relationship with SourceX are excluded and reviewed as duplicates. Only one partner can be credited per company. 5. Approval and payment. Estimated rewards are projections. Eligible rewards are reviewed by SourceX finance; only approved earnings can be paid out, and a reward is shown as paid only after a payout is recorded. Refunds or chargebacks may reverse rewards. 6. Versions. Each referral keeps the terms and reward rules in effect when it was submitted.
