Data licensing introductions during an email platform migration

An email migration can reveal operating history, but mailboxes may contain personal, privileged or third-party information. Introduce an authorized company contact without sharing messages. Migration access does not establish a right to license email content.

What to ask before an introduction

Describe platform names and approximate history at a high level. The company must review ownership, permissions, retention obligations and confidential or privileged material. Do not forward threads, inspect inboxes or upload sample messages. Do not suggest an entire mailbox is suitable, safe to share or commercially valuable. If rights are unresolved, ask for an authorized sponsor rather than attempting an export.

Check the company baseline

This hub focuses on US companies with 50 or more full-time employees at peak headcount; contractors are excluded. Operating, acquired and wound-down companies can be considered. Every industry is open for assessment, with knowledge-work companies the strongest fit. Look for years of company-controlled records and an authorized sponsor willing to explore licensing. Company size or a system inventory does not establish approval, rights or buyer demand.

You introduce; the company controls its data

How potential rewards work

A qualifying partner reward is 25% of the eligible SourceX platform fee actually collected, capped at $100,000 per referred company. It is not a share of the full transaction value. Payment follows the buyer selecting and paying for the data and SourceX receiving its fee. An introduction or assessment does not itself create a payout. No earnings or transaction outcome is promised. Attribution and other eligibility conditions remain subject to the program terms.
