Financial, tax, legal, commercial, people, IT and operational data.

Outputs

Download
A plain-text list to paste into your data room index or tracker.

How it is calculated

The list is built from a fixed library of requests per area, plus one or two items specific to the deal type. Nothing is generated by AI and nothing you select is stored.

Worked example (illustrative)

Illustrative only: an asset purchase with Financial and Operational data selected returns ten items, including a schedule of included assets and an operational data inventory listing systems, record types, years held and owners.

Assumptions and limitations

  • A starting point, not a complete legal checklist; your counsel and accountants will add items.
  • The tool requests document categories only and never collects documents.
  • Operational data in a data room is not automatically licensable; reuse needs separate authorization and rights review.

Questions and answers

What is due diligence?

The investigation a buyer runs to confirm what it is buying before closing.

How does an asset deal differ?

The buyer picks specific assets and liabilities, so contract assignment consents matter more.

Why include operational data?

Buyers increasingly ask where operating records live, who owns them and what restrictions apply.

Can I upload documents here?

No. This tool only builds a list.
