Company Introduction Record Template

A company introduction record template helps you track essential referral details like company name, introduction date, and sponsor role. It's crucial for managing your referrals and ensuring proper attribution for your efforts.

As an active SourceX referral partner, effectively managing your introduced companies is key to maximizing your success. This template provides a structured way to keep track of your introductions, ensuring you have all the necessary information at your fingertips, without ever holding sensitive company data.

Why Use This Template?

Using a consistent record-keeping method helps you:

  • Track Attribution: SourceX attributes referrals to the first valid introduction within the attribution window. Your records help you confirm submission dates.
  • Stay Organized: Keep track of multiple introductions and their key details.
  • Ensure Compliance: Confirm you're only recording publicly available information and meeting SourceX's guidelines.

Important Reminders:

  • No Private Company Data: This template is for your internal tracking. You must never record any private or sensitive company information, intellectual property, or confidential details of the referred company. Partners never handle company data.
  • Attribution Window: Credit for a referral goes to the first valid referrer whose introduction leads to a verified company application within the attribution window. Your introduction date is critical.
  • Referral Eligibility: Remember to introduce US companies with 50+ full-time employees at peak, years of operating records, rights to license the data, and an authorized sponsor.
