Key Qualification Criteria to Consider

• Geographic Focus: We're looking for US companies. (F06)
• Company Size: The company should have 50 or more full-time employees at its peak. (F06)
• Operating History: They need to have years of operating records. This often indicates a stable, established business. (F06)
• Data Rights: Crucially, the company must have the rights to license the data they possess. This is fundamental to any potential deal. (F06)

What SourceX Does and Doesn't Do

Understanding Your Reward

Your reward is a share of SourceX's fee and is never deducted from what the company receives. (F07) Rewards become payable only after the buyer pays and SourceX receives its fee. A lead, meeting, or signed agreement alone does not trigger payment. (F03)
