Sales call recordings linked to deal outcomes
Recorded sales conversations, from discovery calls to demos and negotiations, with transcripts and the CRM outcome of the deal they belonged to. Labs use them to train sales and negotiation agents and to study which conversations lead to closed deals.
What a record contains

}How AI labs use it
- Sales and negotiation agents
- Learn from conversations with known results.
- Outcome prediction
- Link what was said to whether the deal closed.
- Call notes and next steps
- Generate summaries and follow-ups from real calls.
Typical preparation requirements
Agreed with the supplier before any work begins. Typical requirements include:
- Recording notices and prospects’ consent respected
- Prospect names and companies pseudonymized; deal amounts banded
- Contact data from enrichment vendors excluded where its license forbids reuse
Every dataset has a documented owner and confirmed licensing rights. See data governance on sourcex.si.
What makes a strong package
- Every call linked to an opportunity
- Multi-call deal histories
- Screen-share video for demos, where consent allows
Compared with public datasets
Public sets such as CallCenterEN and Fisher English Training Speech are useful references, but limited as enterprise training data. The calls and meetings category page compares them with licensed data.
Who typically holds it
- B2B software companies
- Financial services firms
- Staffing and recruiting firms
- Freight brokers
