As a managed service provider or operations advisor, you often have a unique vantage point into the operational data of your client companies. This makes you an ideal partner for SourceX, where you can introduce companies looking to license their enterprise data.
SourceX is the enterprise data transaction layer for AI, managing data licensing from sourcing and rights review to delivery and payment. We're headquartered in Los Angeles, California, with a legal address in Delaware. We focus on enabling companies to license their data effectively, not on training AI models.
The Partner Opportunity
Many companies possess valuable data that could be licensed, but they lack the expertise or infrastructure to do so. That's where you come in. By introducing suitable companies to SourceX, you can unlock a new revenue stream for yourself. Partners earn 25% of the eligible platform fees SourceX actually collects from the referred company's licensing deals. Rewards are capped at $100,000 cumulative per referred company. The partner reward is a share of SourceX's fee and is never deducted from what the company receives.
Who qualifies for an introduction? We're looking for US companies with 50+ full-time employees at peak, years of operating records, rights to license the data, and an authorized sponsor.
Metadata-Only Slack Inventory Template
To facilitate effective introductions without ever requiring you to handle sensitive company data, we've developed a metadata-only Slack inventory template. This template helps you identify and present a company's potential data assets in a structured way, focusing solely on the type of data and its temporal scope.
Important: The partner never handles the company's data. Your role is solely to introduce the company. Once introduced, SourceX directly engages with the company to assess their data assets and potential for licensing.
This template is designed to be completed by the referred company, or in collaboration with them, and then shared with SourceX after a successful introduction. It focuses on the high-level characteristics of their Slack data, without disclosing any content.

How the Referral Process Works
- Identify a Suitable Company: Look for US companies meeting the criteria (50+ employees, operating records, data rights, authorized sponsor).
- Make the Introduction: Use your existing relationship to introduce the company to SourceX. Credit goes to the first valid referrer whose introduction leads to a verified company application within the attribution window.
- SourceX Takes Over: We engage directly with the company to understand their needs, assess their data, and manage the licensing process.
- Reward Payout: Rewards become payable only after the buyer pays and SourceX receives its fee.
Anyone can join our program from any supported country. However, licensed professionals should check their own rules regarding referral fees.
This metadata-only approach ensures that you, as a partner, can focus on making valuable introductions while maintaining full data privacy and compliance for your clients.
