• Company Baseline Qualification: Does the company meet SourceX's fundamental criteria?

• [ ] Does it have 50+ full-time employees (excluding contractors) at its peak operating period?
• [ ] Does it possess years of operating records that could contain valuable historical data?

• Data Licensing Rights: Is the company legally positioned to license its data?

• [ ] Does the company have clear rights to license the data it holds?
• [ ] Are there any existing agreements or restrictions that would prevent data licensing?
• [ ] Has legal counsel reviewed the company's ability to license its historical operational data?

• Authorized Sponsor Identification: Is there a key individual who can champion this initiative?

• [ ] Identify an authorized sponsor within the company (e.g., CEO, CRO, General Counsel, board member, or an appointed restructuring officer).
