5. Referral Process & Attribution
- Timely introduction: Understand that credit for a referral goes to the first valid referrer whose introduction leads to a verified company application within the attribution window. Prompt submission is key.
- Partner responsibilities: You understand that partners never handle company data directly. Your role is solely to make the qualified introduction.
- Reward structure: You are familiar with the program's rewards: Partners earn 25% of the eligible platform fees SourceX actually collects from the referred company's licensing deals, capped at $100,000 cumulative per referred company. Rewards are payable only after SourceX receives its fee from the buyer.
