Workflow data shows not just what a business knows, but how it operates: the steps a support agent takes, the approvals a contract goes through, the judgment calls a finance team makes at month-end.

- It teaches process, not just facts. Models learning to do work need examples of work being done.
- It includes outcomes. Which actions resolved the issue, closed the deal, passed the audit.
- It cannot be synthesized. Real workflows have the messiness synthetic data lacks.
