Unlock Referral Rewards: Gmail Projects and Data Licensing Opportunities

Workspace administrators can identify potential data licensing referral opportunities by looking for US companies with 50+ peak employees, a history of operations, and intellectual property rights during their Gmail project engagements. These are key indicators for SourceX's enterprise data licensing services.

As a Workspace administrator, you're deeply integrated into the operational fabric of your clients. Your work on Gmail projects often grants you unique insights into their organization, data, and workflows. This position offers a distinct advantage in spotting companies that could benefit from SourceX's enterprise data licensing services, and for which you could earn a referral reward.

SourceX is the enterprise data transaction layer for AI, managing data licensing from sourcing and rights review to delivery and payment. We focus on connecting US companies with AI labs and data buyers, facilitating secure and compliant data transactions.

What to Look For: Identifying a Qualifying Company

When you're working on a Gmail migration, setting up new accounts, or optimizing email infrastructure, pay attention to these key indicators. These align directly with SourceX's criteria for a qualifying referral:

  • Employee Count: Is this a substantial operation? SourceX seeks US companies that have had 50+ full-time employees at peak (contractors excluded). During your Gmail setup, you might see the number of user accounts, groups, or distribution lists. While not a direct count of full-time employees, a large number of active Gmail users can be a strong signal.
  • Years of Operation and Data History: Does the company have a long-standing digital presence? Look for signs of years of operating records. An extensive history of emails, archived data, or established domain age for their Gmail accounts suggests a rich repository of historical data.
  • Data Rights: Does the company have ownership of the data they generate? This is crucial for data licensing. While you won't be reviewing legal documents, conversations about data retention policies, compliance, or even specific departmental needs (e.g., marketing data, customer service interactions) can hint at their data ownership and licensing potential.
  • Authorized Sponsor: The ideal referral will have an authorized sponsor willing to explore licensing their data. Often, during your projects, you interact with decision-makers or key stakeholders who have a broad understanding of the company's assets and strategic goals.

Remember, your role is to identify potential matches, not to delve into sensitive data. You are looking for organizational characteristics.

How Your Referral Earns You Rewards

SourceX values your insight. Our referral program is straightforward:

  • Reward Rate: Partners earn 25% of the eligible platform fees SourceX actually collects from the referred company's licensing deals. This reward is never deducted from what the company receives; it's a share of SourceX's fee.
  • Reward Cap: Rewards are capped at $100,000 cumulative per referred company. This means you can continue to earn from ongoing deals until this cap is reached for that single company.
  • Payout Trigger: Rewards become payable only after the buyer pays and SourceX receives its fee. A lead, meeting, or signed agreement alone does not trigger payment.
  • Attribution: Credit goes to the first valid referrer whose introduction leads to a verified company application within the attribution window.

Illustrative Example of Earning Potential (Hypothetical Inputs)

Imagine you refer a company, and through SourceX, they complete a licensing deal that generates $X in platform fees for SourceX. You would earn 25% of that $X. If the initial deal's fees don't reach the $100,000, you would continue to earn 25% from subsequent deals with that same company until the cumulative $100,000 is reached.

Important: The partner reward is a share of SourceX's fee and is never deducted from what the company receives. SourceX manages the data licensing transactions and does not train AI models.
