2. Raising the Opportunity: Once you've identified a qualifying client, introduce them to the concept of data licensing with SourceX. Explain how their operational data, if they own the rights, could generate new revenue. This conversation should be with an authorized sponsor within the company.
3. Making the Introduction: Facilitate a warm introduction to SourceX. We'll take it from there, guiding your client through the process of assessing their data assets, ensuring compliance, and connecting them with data buyers.

How Your Referral Is Rewarded

Your partnership with SourceX is designed to be straightforward and rewarding:

• Competitive Rewards: Partners earn 25% of the eligible platform fees SourceX actually collects from the referred company's licensing deals. This reward is capped at $100,000 cumulative per referred company.
• Clear Payout Trigger: Rewards become payable only after the buyer pays and SourceX receives its fee. A lead, meeting, or signed agreement alone does not trigger payment.
• Fair Attribution: Credit for a referral goes to the first valid referrer whose introduction leads to a verified company application within the attribution window.
• No Impact on Client Proceeds: The partner reward is a share of SourceX's fee and is never deducted from what the company receives. Your client's revenue from data licensing remains entirely theirs.
