The Journey: Referral to Reward

• Step 1: Your Referral Submission

The process begins when you introduce a company to SourceX. According to our attribution rules, credit goes to the first valid referrer whose introduction leads to a verified company application within the attribution window. To qualify, introduce US companies with 50+ full-time employees at peak, years of operating records, rights to license the data, and an authorized sponsor.

Reward Trigger: A referral submission alone does not trigger a reward. It's the starting point for SourceX to engage with the company.

• Step 2: SourceX Engages the Company

Once a referral is verified, SourceX will reach out to the referred company to understand their data assets and potential for licensing. SourceX helps manage data licensing from sourcing and rights review to delivery and payment. Remember, SourceX is the enterprise data transaction layer for AI, managing data licensing, not training AI models.

Reward Trigger: Company engagement, meetings, or even a signed agreement with the referred company does not trigger a reward. These are necessary steps towards a potential deal.

• Step 3: Licensing Deals and SourceX's Fee

If the referred company proceeds, SourceX facilitates licensing deals for their data with AI labs and data buyers. When a deal is successfully executed, SourceX earns a fee for its services.

Reward Trigger: The existence of a licensing deal or SourceX earning its fee does not yet trigger payment of your reward.

• Step 4: Buyer Payment and SourceX's Fee Collection

Rewards become payable only after the buyer pays and SourceX actually receives its fee from the referred company's licensing deals. This is the critical moment.

Reward Trigger: This is the point when rewards become payable. Your reward is a share of the fees SourceX collects, not deducted from what the company receives. You earn 25% of the eligible platform fees SourceX actually collects from the referred company's licensing deals, up to $100,000 cumulative per referred company.

Understanding Your Earnings

Your reward is directly tied to the success of SourceX's fee collection from the referred company's licensing activities. It's a share of SourceX's fee and is never deducted from what the company receives. This ensures a clear and transparent reward structure for partners.

Illustrative Example (Hypothetical Inputs)

Let's imagine, for illustrative purposes only, that a referred company completes a series of licensing deals through SourceX, and SourceX collects a total of $100,000 in eligible platform fees over time. Your reward would be calculated as 25% of these collected fees, up to the $100,000 limit. For instance, if 25% were 25%, your reward would be $25,000, assuming it's within the $100,000.

This structured process ensures that partner rewards are aligned with successful and completed transactions where SourceX has received its compensation.
