Data licensing introductions during an ERP replacement

An ERP replacement can surface finance, procurement and operations histories that may merit assessment. Their presence does not prove buyer demand or licensing eligibility. Start with an authorized contact and a system-level description.

What to ask before an introduction

List broad record categories, system names and approximate history that the company can confirm. Ask whether historical access will be retained after replacement. Keep financial details, employee information and vendor records out of the introduction. Leave permissions and restrictions to the company and SourceX; do not add an unnecessary export to the implementation project.

Check the company baseline

This hub focuses on US companies with 50 or more full-time employees at peak headcount; contractors are excluded. Operating, acquired and wound-down companies can be considered. Every industry is open for assessment, with knowledge-work companies the strongest fit. Look for years of company-controlled records and an authorized sponsor willing to explore licensing. Company size or a system inventory does not establish approval, rights or buyer demand.

You introduce; the company controls its data

SourceX is the enterprise data transaction layer for AI. You make the introduction; SourceX works with the company on qualification, inventory, assessment and agreed terms. The company controls its participation and approvals. Partners do not handle company data. Do not attach raw records, promise anonymization is already complete or suggest access to a system gives permission to license its contents.

How potential rewards work

A qualifying partner reward is 25% of the eligible SourceX platform fee actually collected, capped at $100,000 per referred company. It is not a share of the full transaction value. Payment follows the buyer selecting and paying for the data and SourceX receiving its fee. An introduction or assessment does not itself create a payout. No earnings or transaction outcome is promised. Attribution and other eligibility conditions remain subject to the program terms.

Take the next step

Confirm that the company contact wants an introduction. Use the company fit checker for preliminary screening, not approval, and the introduction email builder for a short message. A company that wants to apply directly can use the SourceX application. For partner participation, register and share your own referral link so attribution can be recorded. Pause if authority, rights or interest are unclear.
