Identify companies with structured human feedback and review workflows
SourceX helps partners identify and refer businesses with well-documented human feedback, review, and quality assurance workflows. This structured operational data is valuable for AI buyers seeking real-world insights, and partners earn a referral fee when a licensing deal is completed.
How to Identify Companies with Valuable Human Feedback Data
SourceX partners can earn referral rewards by introducing businesses that generate structured human feedback and review data through their daily operations. This type of data is highly sought after by AI buyers for training, validation, and insight generation.
What Kind of Human Feedback Data is Valuable?
We look for businesses that have established, systematic processes for collecting and analyzing feedback. This includes, but is not limited to:
Customer Support Interactions: Transcripts, chat logs, and resolution notes from support teams, especially when categorized or rated. Quality Assurance (QA) Logs: Records of product testing, bug reports, feature requests, and internal review processes, including detailed descriptions and outcomes. Content Moderation Data: Records from human content reviewers, including decisions, justifications, and flagged items. User Research & Testing: Structured notes, observations, and survey responses from usability tests, beta programs, or product trials. Review and Rating Systems: Internal or external review processes for services, products, or employees, particularly when accompanied by qualitative comments or structured criteria. Annotation & Labeling Workflows: Data generated by human annotators labeling or categorizing unstructured data (e.g., images, text, audio).
The key is that the data is operational—it's a byproduct of the company's core activities—and structured or documentable, allowing it to be understood and utilized by AI systems.
What Qualifies a Company for Referral?
To be a strong candidate, a company with human feedback data should generally meet these criteria:
Operating Maturity: Often, companies with roughly 20 or more full-time employees and several years in operation have more robust data. However, specialists with critical data can also be a fit. Original Documentation: The company should have created the data internally, owning the records and the rights to license them. This includes SOPs, internal knowledge bases, and project histories that give context to the feedback. Rights to License: The company must legally own the material or have the clear ability to license it without breaching confidentiality, privacy, or third-party contracts. Authorized Sponsor: An owner, executive, or designated individual who can approve discussions about data licensing. Introductions made without decision-maker knowledge are generally not a fit. Relevance to Buyer Demand:* The material needs to align with current buyer programs. SourceX assesses this during the review process.
Usually not a fit are companies dealing solely with personal consumer data, scraped data, or material belonging to their clients rather than their own operations. Self-referrals are also generally not eligible. For a preliminary check, try our company fit checker.
The Referral Process for Data Licensing
When you refer a company, your role is to make the initial introduction. You do not need to export or describe confidential records. The company decides what data scope to offer and the terms it accepts. SourceX handles the evaluation, permissions, contracting, preparation, delivery, and payment collection.
Your reward becomes eligible for approval and payment once the company completes a qualifying licensing deal, the data is accepted by the buyer, and SourceX receives its fee. A lead, meeting, or signed agreement alone does not trigger payment. You can track your referral's progress on your dashboard.

Rewards are calculated as 25% of SourceX's eligible collected platform fees, capped at $100,000 per referred company. A lead, meeting or signed agreement alone does not trigger payment. See the program terms.
