Referral Checklist for Data Licensing

How Rewards Work
Partners earn 25% of the eligible platform fees SourceX actually collects from the referred company's licensing deals. Rewards are capped at $100,000 cumulative per referred company. The partner reward is a share of SourceX's fee and is never deducted from what the company receives. Rewards become payable only after the buyer pays and SourceX receives its fee. A lead, meeting, or signed agreement alone does not trigger payment.
Illustrative Reward Calculation (Hypothetical Data)
Imagine a referred company successfully licenses their pull request data through SourceX. If SourceX's collected fee from a single deal is $200,000, and the reward rate is 25%:
- Reward Calculation: $200,000 (SourceX fee) x 25% = $100,000
- This reward would contribute towards the $100,000 cumulative cap for that specific company.
