I. Company Profile & Operational Baseline
- US-based entity: The company is incorporated and operates primarily in the United States.
- Employee count: The company has 50+ full-time employees at its peak operating period. (Contractors are excluded from this count).
- Operating history: The company has years of established operating records, demonstrating stability and a track record.
- Existence of internal knowledge bases: The company possesses well-maintained, structured internal knowledge bases, wikis, or similar repositories of proprietary information.
II. Data Licensing Readiness
- Rights to license: The company explicitly owns or has clear, undisputed rights to license the data contained within its internal knowledge bases to third parties.
- Legal and compliance: The company has reviewed and is confident in its ability to license this data in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., privacy, intellectual property).
