# SourceX Referral Program > Introduce companies with licensable business data to SourceX and earn rewards when deals pay. SourceX (https://sourcex.si) licenses business data directly from companies and pays them for it. We are their counterparty from agreement through delivery and payment. SourceX then supplies licensed datasets for AI training and evaluation, building data infrastructure for AI today and Superintelligence (SI) tomorrow. The company approves the scope and terms and signs before any data is delivered. SourceX is not an AI model developer, but under the signed agreement it may use the de-identified data to train and evaluate AI models operated by SourceX and its customers, and may sublicense it. It is not a marketplace or broker that finds buyers for a company's data. Partners introduce companies through a personal referral link at https://refer.sourcex.si; the company applies itself at https://sourcex.si/apply. Rewards follow the current published program terms at https://refer.sourcex.si/terms. A reward becomes payable after SourceX has paid the referred company under its signed agreement and the payout conditions in the program terms are met, including finance approval and your tax and payment details. A Markdown copy of each page is at https://refer.sourcex.si/md/.md, and https://refer.sourcex.si/llms-full.txt lists the per-section full-text files. AI assistants can also connect to the partner portal over MCP (Model Context Protocol) at https://refer.sourcex.si/mcp: after signing in with their own SourceX account, a partner can ask their assistant for their referral code and link, the status of their referred companies and the current program terms. The connection is read-only and limited to the signed-in partner's own data. ## Program facts (checked 2026-10-17) - Reward rate: Partners earn 25% of the compensation SourceX actually pays the company they refer (“Actual Supplier Payout”), up to USD 100,000 total per referred company across all installments, agreements, repeat licenses, renewals and transactions, subject to eligibility and payment conditions. “Actual Supplier Payout” means compensation actually paid to the supplier for the qualifying completed data handoff, excluding separately itemized taxes and expense reimbursements. Example: a $100,000 actual supplier payout = a $25,000 channel partner reward. - Reward cap: Rewards are capped at $100,000 cumulative per referred company. - Payout trigger: A reward becomes payable after SourceX has paid the referred company under its signed agreement and the payout conditions in the program terms are met, including finance approval and your tax and payment details. A lead, meeting or signed agreement alone does not trigger payment. - Attribution: Credit goes to the first valid referrer whose introduction leads to a verified company application within the attribution window. - Who can be a partner: Referral partners can join from most countries. We can't work with partners in countries or regions under U.S. sanctions or on U.S. restricted-party lists. Licensed professionals should check their own rules on referral fees. - Company baseline: Introduce companies with 50+ full-time employees at peak, years of operating records, rights to license the data and an authorized sponsor. SourceX prioritizes companies in the U.S. and also works with companies in Canada and the EU, and with companies in the UK, Australia, New Zealand, India, Singapore, South Africa, Latin America, the UAE and Saudi Arabia when at least 90% of their data is in English. - Reward vs company proceeds: The referral reward is paid separately by SourceX and is never deducted from the supplier’s agreed compensation. - What SourceX is: SourceX licenses business data directly from companies for AI training and evaluation. It manages the agreement, rights review, data preparation, delivery and payout. The company approves the scope and terms and signs before any data is delivered. - What SourceX is not: SourceX is not an AI model developer, but under the signed agreement it may use the de-identified data to train and evaluate AI models operated by SourceX and its customers, and may sublicense it. It is not a marketplace or broker that finds buyers for a company’s data. - Headquarters and legal address: Headquartered in Los Angeles, California. AI labs use them to train and evaluate support agents on real policies and edge cases. Support archives commonly hold 2–10 years of tickets. - [Live chat and messaging transcripts](https://refer.sourcex.si/datasets/customer-support/chat-and-messaging-transcripts): Transcripts of live chat and in-app messaging between customers, chatbots and human agents, from operating companies and sourced to order. They show short, fast exchanges, handoffs from bots to people and what happened next. Labs use them to train conversational agents and to evaluate when an agent should escalate. - [QA-scored support interactions](https://refer.sourcex.si/datasets/customer-support/qa-scored-support-interactions): Support conversations that a company’s quality team graded against a rubric, with a score for each criterion and the reviewer’s comments. Labs use them to train email and scheduling agents on current business correspondence, which the public corpora from the early 2000s don’t reflect. - [Complete archives from wound-down companies](https://refer.sourcex.si/datasets/workplace-communication/wound-down-company-archives): Full operational archives from companies that have shut down: Slack, Jira, GitHub, Google Drive and email, kept together so one project can be followed across every system. Labs use them for revenue agents, forecasting and evaluation against what actually happened. - [Outbound sequences with replies and outcomes](https://refer.sourcex.si/datasets/sales-and-crm/sales-email-sequences): Outbound email sequences from sales engagement tools: the messages and follow-ups reps sent, the replies prospects wrote back, and what happened next, such as a meeting booked or an opportunity created. Labs use them to train agents that follow multi-step procedures and to build tasks grounded in real business processes. - [Internal wikis and knowledge bases](https://refer.sourcex.si/datasets/documents-and-knowledge/internal-wikis-and-knowledge-bases): Internal wikis and knowledge bases, such as Confluence spaces, Notion workspaces and internal help centers, with page hierarchy, links, comments and edit history. Labs use them to train and test retrieval and question-answering systems on the messy, interlinked knowledge real companies keep. - [Documents, spreadsheets and decks with revision history](https://refer.sourcex.si/datasets/documents-and-knowledge/document-revision-histories): Business documents, spreadsheets and presentations with their revision history and comment threads, from shared drives. Labs use them to train document-editing agents on how real drafts change between versions and how reviewers’ comments get resolved. Company archives commonly span 3–15+ years of files. - [Accounts payable invoices with coding and approvals](https://refer.sourcex.si/datasets/finance-and-accounting/accounts-payable-invoice-processing): Accounts payable records that pair vendor invoices with how the finance team coded them (GL account, cost center, tax), who approved them, which exceptions came up and when they were paid. Labs use them to train spreadsheet and analyst agents on how real models are built and revised. - [Contract drafts, redlines and negotiation threads](https://refer.sourcex.si/datasets/legal-and-compliance/contract-negotiation-histories): The negotiation history behind commercial agreements: successive drafts with tracked changes, margin comments, the emails or tickets where terms were discussed, and the signed result. Labs use it to train contract-drafting and negotiation agents on how clauses actually move between parties. - [Executed commercial contracts with clause data](https://refer.sourcex.si/datasets/legal-and-compliance/executed-contract-libraries): Libraries of signed commercial agreements, such as customer, vendor and partner contracts, with extracted clause types, key dates, renewal terms and obligations. Labs use them to train contract-review and extraction models on agreements that never appeared in public filings. - [Security and compliance questionnaires](https://refer.sourcex.si/datasets/legal-and-compliance/security-and-compliance-questionnaires): Completed security and compliance questionnaires that customers sent to a company, such as SIG, CAIQ and custom vendor-risk forms, with the company’s answers, evidence references and follow-up questions. Labs use them to train agents that answer due-diligence questionnaires accurately and consistently. - [Task histories with context, actions and outcomes](https://refer.sourcex.si/datasets/operations-and-workflows/task-execution-histories): Histories of operational work items, such as service requests, approvals, claims and back-office tasks, recording the context each person had, the actions they took in which system, and the outcome.
